We start with a briefing on the event objective, guest count, date, venue and budget. From there we prepare a running plan covering stage and set design, AV requirements, seating layout, registration flow, catering timing and the sequence of the programme itself.
Before the event we complete venue recce, power and rigging checks, sound and lighting trials, LED content loading and a full technical rehearsal. Vendor call times, material delivery and setup schedules are fixed in writing so nothing arrives late on the day.
On event day our coordinators run the floor: guest registration, seating, cue-to-cue stage flow, speaker and artist coordination, catering service timing and teardown. After the event we hand over photo and video output, vendor settlements and a closing report on what was delivered.
